This article describes how to disconnect a Dropbox File Sharing account in detamoov. Once the account is disconnected in detamoov, it will no longer be monitored for source data. We recommend that you remove the detamoov authorization inside the Dropbox account after disconnecting it in detamoov.
Disconnect account in detamoov
To disconnect the Dropbox account, click on your initials in the upper right and select the Admin Console option.
Then click on the Settings tab and expand the File Sharing panel.
Hover over the row for the account you wish to disconnect and click the Disconnect button under the Actions column.
On the box that appears, click the Disconnect button
Remove detamoov authorization in Dropbox
After the Dropbox account has been disconnected inside detamoov, please remove the detamoov app authorization in the Dropbox account.
First, login to your Dropbox account and click your initials in the upper right and select Settings from the menu.
Then click the Apps tab at the top of the page.
Under the View Dropbox content, expand the detamoov app and click the Disconnect button.
