Resetting a user's password

An Admin user has the ability to reset a user’s password.  To reset the password, the admin would first need to go to the Admin Console.  To get here, you will need to click on your initials in the right hand corner of the screen and then click on Admin Console.

 

Once you are in the Admin Console you will want to click on Users to get to the Users screen

 

Once in the User’s screen you can hover over the user you want to reset the password for and you will see the “key” on the right hand side across from the user’s name.  Click on the “key”

 

Enter in the new password and click on Change
