This article explains why you may see dual billing line items on your upcoming invoice.
This is a result of a combination of your billing cycle and the billing price increase effective 9/1/2026 if the pricing increase falls within your billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is the 15th of each month, you will see a billing line item for the old pricing and a billing line item for the new pricing.
Using the screen shot below, 11 moov configurations were created between 8/10 and 9/1. These moov configurations were charged the old rate of $32:

A new moov configuration was created after the price increase on 9/1. These moov configurations were charged the new rates:
1 moov configurations created (at $34.00/month)
Unlimited Use and Unlimited Use Premium
Note: Invoice previews, particularly for Unlimited Use and Unlimited Use Premium line items, may not reflect the final amount. Any discrepancies will be corrected when the invoice is finalized.
If the same Unlimited Use/Unlimited Use Premium moov was executed before the price increase, and then executed after the price increase, the upcoming invoice will show as follows:
The old billing line item and the new billing line item will appear on the upcoming invoice preview. Once your invoice is finalized, the old unlimited use billing line items will be removed and only the new unlimited use billing line items will be charged.
If a new Unlimited Use/Unlimited Use Premium moov was executed before the price increase, and then executed after the price increase, the upcoming invoice will show as follows:
The old billing line item charges will appear. The old billing line items count will be incremented by the new unlimited use/premium moov count that will be reflected on the new billing line item charges on the upcoming invoice preview. Once your invoice is finalized, the old billing line items will be removed and only the new billing line items will be charged.
Any subsequent invoice will then show the new billing rates going forward.
