Reactivating a user account

An Admin user has the ability to reactivate a user’s account.  To reactivate a user’s account, the admin would first need to go to the Admin Console.  To get here, you will need to click on your initials in the right hand corner of the screen and then click on Admin Console.

 

Once you are in the Admin Console you will want to click on Users to get to the Users screen

 

Once you are on the user screen you will want to make sure that you have the Inactive filter on so that inactive users are showing.

 

Hover over the user you want to reactivate and you will see a stopwatch.  Click on that.

 

A message will pop up asking you if you want to reactivate this user.  Click on Reactivate to reactivate the user’s account.
