Resolving a Collision

A collision occurs when more than one moov instance for the same client occurs at the same time.  When a collision occurs all users on the account will receive an email informing them that a collision has occurred and needs to be resolved.

First thing you will want to do is go to the Action Center on the Home page and click on the Collision you want to resolve.

 

This takes you to the Collision page where you can delete any moovs that you no longer want to execute

 

On the Collision page you will see column for all files that are part of the collision.  You have the ability to delete any moovs that you no longer want to execute.  To do this just click on DELETE at the bottom of the column.

 

When you click on the DELETE at the bottom of the column a confirmation box will come up asking you to confirm that you want to delete this moov.  Click on Delete to confirm and delete the moov.

 

Once you have deleted all the moovs that you want to click you the “MARK AS RESOLVED” button.  This will show you any remaining moovs that you have.

 

When you click on the “MARK AS RESOLVED” button a confirmation box will show.  It will inform you that the moovs for the remaining files (the files not deleted) will continue to execute.  Click on Resolve to allow the moovs to continue to execute.

At this point all deleted moovs will remain in a deleted state and the remaining moovs will process and execute.
