1. What isolved time card formats are supported?

The detamoov time import to isolved supports the following isolved timecard import formats:

  • Timecard Import 1
  • Timecard Import 2

 

2. What third-party time systems can be imported to isolved through detamoov?

There answer is any third-party time system which can generate timecard data into CSV or fixed length format can be imported into isolved through detamoov. detamoov's data transformation engine can be used to transform data from the third-party time system data format to a supported isolved timecard import format. Popular third-party time systems we've seen this used on include Toast, TSheets, ClearCare, AOD, Swipeclock and more.

 

3. How long does it take to build the data conversion to the isolved timecard import format using the detamoov data transformation engine?

Typically most data conversions are built in less than 15 minutes depending upon the complexity related to the data transformation.

 

4. Who can build the data conversion?

You can using detamoov's easy to use data transformation engine. And don't worry, if you run into issues and need help, the detamoov team is there to support you. We typically find that we help you build your first few data transformations, but from then on you're a pro can build them yourself!

 

5. Is there a charge to build a data conversion?

Nope!

 

6. How do you configure detamoov to use the isolved API to import time?

See the below screenshot. When you configure the isolved API within detamoov, you supply the following information:

  • isolved Client Code
  • isolved Legal Company Code
  • Pay Group Name - this must match exactly to the pay group name within isolved
  • Import Type
  • Import Key
  • Validation Messages Email List - if the isolved API returns any validation messages, we'll send them to this email distribution list. If not provided, the detamoov users on your account will receive this message.

 

7. Where in isolved will I see the result of the timecard import from detamoov?

You'll see data directly on your time entry grid if the import has completed successfully. Once signed into isolved to go Payroll Processing > Payroll Entry > Time Entry Grid

 

8. What happens if the timecard import to isolved fails?

detamoov will send out an immediate email if that import to isolved fails or isolved returns any validation messages related to the import. That email will either go to the Validation Message Email list you've configured when you setup the API in detamoov or to your list of detamoov users.
