Error: Retirement plans for employee "" in client "" does not exist
Error: Retirement plan enrollment in an invalid status
Error: This User Session is Not Authorized for the Company ID Specified
This error indicates that the user's session lacks the necessary authorization to access the specified company.
To ensure the company has the appropriate access in PrismHR, go to System | Change ⇒ System Parameters and select Web Service User from the Action menu in the upper right.
If your settings are to Deny Access by Default under the Company Access, you will need to add the Company ID to the list of allowed companies and click Save.
Error: This User Session is Not Authorized for the method specified
This error indicates that not all allowed methods have been added to the PrismHR Web Service/API User. For information on how to add the allowed methods, please review step 7. Allowed Methods in the Configuring a Web Service/API User article.
Error: PlanId mismatch Expected "" - Given ""
This error occurs when you are attempting to update PrismHR with 360 deduction changes and the Plan ID provided on the moov configuration doesn't match the Plan ID in PrismHR.
To correct this error, edit your client's moov configuration in detamoov and provide the correct Plan ID as a field override. The specific moov step in which the field override is required varies depending on the retirement provider. Please review the specific KB article in our Retirement To PrismHR section for information on providing a field override for the Plan ID field sent to PrismHR.
Error: Invalid PlanId "". Available PlanId:""

Error: Retirement plan enrollment in an invalid status
This error occurs when an employee's Retirement Plan Enrollment status in PrismHR is in either Waived or Inactive Enrollment. The enrollment status for an employee must be in either Eligible Unenrolled or Active Enrollment to allow detamoov to make changes to their Retirement Plan enrollment. Please review the employee Retirement Plan Enrollment in PrismHR to ensure their Status is either Eligible Unenrolled or Active Enrollment.
This error occurs indicates that the Client ID provided on the moov configuration is no valid.
